SNAP recognizes that at the core of animal homelessness, suffering and neglect is overpopulation and simply too many unwanted animals. We have been creating spay/neuter solutions in Los Barriles, BCS and surrounding communities since 2013.
Providing Mexican pet owners free spay and neuter services has been our priority in reducing the unwanted litters of dogs and cats in our local communities. Our goal is to provide the knowledge, help and services to the community for them to grow the program.

Over time, sterilization programs reduce the dependence on animal rescues and shelters and will reduce dog and cat abandonment and euthunasia. Educational programs dispel myths and increase responsible pet ownership.
The average income of our clients is less than $12 dollars per day and a $20-30 spay/neuter surgery is not in their budget. Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals of reducing unwanted litters. Your generous donation will fund our mission to develop future leaders for social cause.
